Swift Creek Coffee

Hi, my name is Justin Schneider. I am a specialty coffee roaster based in Eastern North Carolina outside the town of Grifton. I became interested in roasting coffee after I visited a coffee roaster in Alabama in 2015. My first coffee roast was in January 2016 in a disc blade over an outdoor wood fire. Although it was an interesting experiment, predictably, the result wasn't that great. Soon after I bought a small home roaster and began roasting for family and friends. This was well received so in the fall of 2016 I fired up a commercial roaster and began roasting coffee to sell. The name for my coffee enterprise is from the local Swift Creek, where I would often fish with my Grandpa and made many great memories. A great place to have a good cup of COFFEE!
